Introducing the Newest Addition to the Bamboo Dental Family: Dr. Andrea Contreras

Dr. Andrea was born in Canada and raised in Venezuela, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela. After returning to Canada, she completed the Canadian dental equivalency process and is now proud to practise dentistry in Ontario.

Dr. Andrea enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in restorative dentistry, crowns, root canal therapy, and extractions. She believes that every patient deserves to feel heard and comfortable in the dental chair. She takes the time to listen to her patients, explain treatment options clearly, creating an environment where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their treatment.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family. She is also a proud dog mom to her standard poodle, Mambo, who keeps her busy and entertained outside the clinic.

She is fluent in both English and Spanish and loves being able to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Dr. Andrea is excited to be part of the Bamboo Dental team and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles.
